Agile > Kite(tm) Agility Assessment Online

The Agility Assessment is based on number of dimensions, both technical and cultural. The main method is based on Barry Boehm and Richard Turner\'s balanced method of assessing agility. We add several cultural dimensions to the original five dimensions: Size, Criticality, Dynamism, Personnel and Culture. The end result is a an Agility Index broken down by each dimension and presented in various charts and tables. The main representation is a radar chart depicting each project\'s score across multiple dimensions.
